Northwest Airlines
Confirm flight is on time before departing for the airport. Verify flight
times online at www.nwa.com or
through Northwest's automated flight information line at 1-800-441-1818.
Place identification on the outside and inside of each piece of luggage.
Save time by checking in over the Internet or at self-service devices. Domestic
Northwest passengers with e-tickets can check-in at www.nwa.com
between 90 minutes and 24 hours prior to departure. Passengers can also check-in
at one of Northwest's 260 E-Service Centers located in 41 airports throughout
the U.S., or any of Continental Airlines eService Centers.
Arrive at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights,
120 minutes for international flights. Since November, Northwest has been progressively lowering the amount of time it
asks its domestic customers to arrive at the airport prior to departure. Seat
assignments on domestic flights continue to be subject to cancellation 20
minutes prior to departure, if a customer has not checked in, and unclaimed
reservations remain subject to cancellation 10 minutes prior to departure. Top

Customers traveling on United's
flights should remember to check in as early as possible for their flights. We
recommend that you check-in at least 90 minutes before your flight, especially
if you are checking baggage. For international departures, we recommend that you
check in 2 hours before your flight. When traveling around holidays or other
peak travel times, we recommend you allow additional time. Top

check in as early as they can for their flights; 90 minutes before your flight
when checking baggage. Holiday times are peak periods and the check-in

Check-in at the Allegiant ticket counter 2 hours prior to departure, be in
the gate area 30 minutes prior to departure to avoid forfeiting
reservation. Aircraft doors close at 10 minutes prior to departure.

| Pre Purchased Seat Assignments
In the
past, all seat assignments were made by the airport on the day of departure.
Recently, the option was made possible to arrange seat assignments in
advance to anyone who wanted to purchase them. Those passengers that do not
wish to pay for seat assignments will still have their seats assigned by the
airport ticket agents on the day of flight. The airport ticket agents will,
as they have in the past, try its best to keep families together. However,
the best way to ensure that passengers who wish to sit together will be able
to sit together is to pre-purchase a seat assignment. Allegiant Air does not
overbook its flights; therefore every passenger is guaranteed a seat.
Pre-purchase seat assignments are available for $11 per passenger, per
segment. If you qualify, you can even book an exit row with increased leg
room. Customers with purchased advance seat assignments are given priority
boarding privileges, with the opportunity to board the aircraft first,
ensuring stowage space for your carry-on bags in the overhead bin. |
| Checked Baggage
Passengers
wishing to check luggage will be charged a per person, per bag, per segment
Baggage Transport Fee. All Baggage Transport Fees are non-refundable. Each
bag must weight 50lbs or less. The outside measurements of each bag must not
exceed eighty (80) inches. Each additional bag will be charged a fee of
$50.00 per bag. Total number of bags allowed is not to exceed 4 per
passenger |
